Q1: What are the available shipping modes and charges?
A: Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on volume and destination.
Q2: Do you hold ISO13485 or CE approvals?
A: Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification. Some products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we accept smaller sample orders for initial market testing.
Q4: Can I request products similar to the catalogue but not shown?
A: Yes, you can send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or similar products may require a longer delivery time.
Q5: Do you provide free samples?
A: We can offer free samples for testing, but the customer is responsible for the freight/shipping costs.
Q6: What are your payment terms and methods?
A: For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
