Normally, products are sent via international couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or TNT. Shipping can also be arranged via postal services upon client request.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you provide samples?
The standard minimum order value is US$500. However, for initial market testing, we accept smaller sample orders. Free samples can be provided, though the freight cost is covered by the customer.

Yes, if you provide pictures or physical samples of similar orthopedic products, we can source or manufacture them, though delivery may take slightly longer.
Is the inventory kept in stock, and what are the payment terms?
We generally maintain stock for most listed products with monthly production cycles. For payments under $800, 100% advance is required. For over $800, a 30% T/T deposit is required with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
