Our solar ground mounting bracket is strictly designed according to the maximum wind speed, maximum snow load, solar panel specifications and other design schemes. While ensuring sufficient strength, installation efficiency and labor costs must also be considered. It is necessary to control the cost and ensure the quality, ensuring a long service life. The support foundations available include: straight into the ground, ground screws, and cement piers.
GM4 double column can be ground bolt column or piling column. Ground screw posts allow for precise height adjustments. The piling column offers higher strength but requires higher installation accuracy.

Step 1: Installing Ground Screws
The first step in installing a ground mount solar system is to install the ground screws. These screws anchor the support structure to the ground using specialized equipment. Depth depends on soil type to ensure stability for the entire system.
Step 2: Install the Beams
After the foundation is ready, connect the diagonal support pole to the top of the pole using bolts and nuts. Ensure all connections are secure and aligned.


Step 3: Installing Rails
Attach the rails that support the solar panels. The rail should be secured to the beam using brackets and bolts. Leveling is critical before proceeding.
Step 4: Installing Solar Panels
Finally, attach the solar panels to the rail using mounting hardware. Ensure each panel is securely fastened for long-term safety.
