Medial-Lateral Angle 6°: The PFNA nail features a 6° Medial-Lateral angle, specifically designed to allow insertion at the tip of the greater trochanter.
Blade Screw Stability: The PFNA blade screw offers significantly higher cut-out resistance compared to standard screws. The 130° angle with the nail provides optimized ergonomics.
Bone Compaction: Insertion of the PFNA blade compacts the cancellous bone, providing enhanced anchoring, which is critical for osteoporotic bone quality.
Distal Locking Options: Supports both static and dynamic locking via the aiming arm. Long nails also support secondary dynamization.
