The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is constructed from high-quality Ti6Al4V alloy, strictly adhering to ISO5832-3:2016 standards. The accompanying suture is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material, woven from multiple UHMWPE yarns without coating, meeting ASTM F2848-17 requirements.
For enhanced visibility during procedures, the blue suture is derived from white UHMWPE dyed with medical-grade blue material (code 73.1015), ensuring safety and performance. The inserter's patient-contact components are made of stainless steel conforming to ASTM F899-12b, while the ergonomic handle is crafted from polycarbonate and ABS material.
