Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification. Some products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand smaller sample orders for testing. We could offer free samples, but the freight cost is covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for every listed product. However, it depends on sales conditions. Please consult our sales team for accurate inventory.
What are your terms of payment?
Payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
