Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we hold these certifications to ensure international quality standards for all our medical products.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we support sample orders for initial testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require additional delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. We recommend contacting our sales team for the most accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
